La medida busca garantizar mayor transparencia en los arrendamientos y proteger a los inquilinos frente a cl\u00e1usulas abusivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se establecer\u00e1n <strong>l\u00edmites m\u00e1s claros para las fianzas y los gastos de gesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, que solo podr\u00e1n cobrarse al propietario, no al inquilino.
